We pride ourselves in understanding the local market, the needs or our clients and above all the personal touch required to make your experience at the Health and Beauty Spa an unforgettable journey.
The health and Beauty spa is only a phone call away or for those that prefer to take matters into their own hands, book online and we will confirm your preferred time and day with a friendly email or phone call.
We can also arrange for you to be picked up from a local hotel in the Nadi/Denarau area for group bookings.
SPA ETIQUETTE
• Please contact us in advance to guarantee your pampering experience, however walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability.
• We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your schedule time so that you can consult with your therapist. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that next guest's appointment is respected.
• If you are running late please let us know so that we do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will eventually limit time allocated for your service.
• Please notify our staffs before your treatment of any sensitivity, allergies, high blood pressure or any other ailments’ or conditions that you may have. This is extremely important so that your experience with us is ever lasting.
• Dress comfortably, however, wear lose and dark outfit for spray tanning. Do not shave within 8 hours of spray tanning and avoid shower for at least 6 hours.
• If you are receiving salt glow, do not shave your legs at least 8 hours prior to treatments. For gentleman shave 4 hours prior to your facial.
• Cancellations incur a fee and we hope you do not have to cancel. As a courtesy to our professional staff, we do require minimum of 4 hours notice for all cancellations or a levy of 50% shall be paid.
